My name is Jaakko “Lieminen” Luomanen, and I’m professional chef, pizzaiolo, food writer and dj/musician. I´m located in Toscana, Italy near Pisa. I have opened ten restaurants and worked in many areas in hospitality including private clients to consulting restaurants. Currently I’m writing book about pizza - which is my passion.

I´m Finnish 43 years old with background in music. For all my life I have also worked in hospitality, including restaurants, catering, weddings and private events.

I run pizza school and pasta classes for private groups in the heart of Toscana. I work with amazing passioned clients all over the world.
